Doctor Cuesta is a 1978 graduate of United States Military Academy - West Point, New York. He received his Master's degree from Boston University and his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the prestigious  California School of Professional Psychology in Alameda, California. He is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neuropsychology  at the Department of Neurology and Neuroscience at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York, New York. He has been a Board Certified Psychologist since 1999 and in independent practice for over ten years.

Clinical treatment begins with an initial consultation with George Cuesta, PhD. at the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains (Westchester County), New York. Your initial consultation consists mainly of an "information-gathering" session to determine the nature of your problem. 

Sessions with the clinical psychologist, George Cuesta, PhD, are generally 50 minutes in length but may last longer if testing is necessary.

A major focus of treatment is not only the alleviation of presenting symptoms but addressing their underlying causes.
